The location was great !
The staff was friendly, and very useful.
The location is perfect. The apartment is perfect. Right on the square but quiet at night with the bedroom door closed. We had everything we needed. Shampoo. Soap. Coffee.
The apartment had many features that compete for 'best' but location wins; easy pedestrian access to everything that Florence has to offer including supermarket for apartment meals. However, in addition, Andrea was extremely helpful. Our warm thanks to Andrea.
Can't think of anything.
The appartemnt is really close to the main sights of Florence, but yet in a quiet street. The appartment is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful and cozy stay. The owner was really nice to us and let us check in two hours before the indicated check-in time, so we sould spend the whole afternoon admiring the old buildings of Florence.
The bathroom without shower
Excellent location and very helpful and friendly owner. Lots of space and comfortable bed.
Great location. Close to everything we needed
This was a lovely, comfortable apartment in the centre of Florence. There was a little garden which was excellent. I would highly recommend it and we will stay here again.
Very cold (the heating machine didn't work and room temperature was 16-18 degrees)
Bad smell in the apartment (naphthalene smelling) although the host knew she will receive guests with at least 2 weeks before.
In the apartment there is autonomous and fully functional heating and you could turn it on at any time.
The apartment was carefully prepared and the smell perceived was due to the
Garbage collected in bags and from you left inside the apartment: when in the" rules of the stay" it is specified that the garbage: must be
thrown, in the special bins, placed outside the apartment
The location was great - right in the heart of the city centre, and within easy walking distance of the main attractions.
The shower room was a little bit tired and could maybe do with freshening up. Being located in the city centre did mean that there was some early morning noise from the stall holders setting up in the street below, but that is part of the trade off for being so centrally located.
