ESQUILINO. The Esquilino district is one of the historical districts and one of the seven “Roman hills”. It`s full of historical and artistic monuments such as the Coliseum, the Imperial Forums and the Baths of Diocletian. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby. Easquilino is connected with other districts by two metro lines and buses. The Termini train station is at a walking distance.

la proximité avec la gare de termini, gare routière et métro. Marché esquilino à deux pas de l'appartement ainsi qu'un supermarché en prolongement de la gare termini.
Literie très confortable.
Proche du colisée(15mn à pied)

We had a wonderful time in Rome. Paola was very accomodating and was available for problems via cell plhone. We were also assured we would meet her upon arrival at the property because she communicated with us while on the way. We will recoomend the property tonour friends in the Philippines

The apartment is Very close to Termini station, which gives you easy check-in and out access. It also allows you to move on public transportation, because many buses and trains finish in Termini.
If you plan to take a hop-on & hop-off bus (which proved convenient for us), they also have a stop in Termini.
Conclusion, the location is convenient. It is not in the center of the city, but you could walk to the Coliseum (20 mins walk?) and Santa Maria Maggiore church (5 mins walk). The Vatican is quite far to walk to...

L'appartement possède le confort nécessaire,il est propre et peu être intéressant pour deux couples ou une famille. Il est très bien situé: à 2 minutes de la gare termini où les transports en commun se concentre, à 15-20 minutes à pied du colisée , et il y a un supermarché juste à côté.
Les draps et serviettes de bains sont fournis.
la salle de bien peut paraître un peu "vétuste" pour les personnes exigeantes mais nous convenait parfaitement.

Great location for getting around the city. The apartment's proximity to the central train and metro station made getting to all of the sights very easy. Also, there are numerous restaurants and shops very close as well. The apartment was comfortable and there were no issues with any of the fixtures. Having two bedrooms made it very easy to have young children go to bed while the adults could stay up and relax until later. Also, having a lift made it very easy to get our luggage into and back out of the apartment when it was time to leave.
The apartment is located on a fairly busy street and traffic noise was one issue we had. Additionally, the downstairs neighbors were night owls and enjoyed playing their music pretty loudly well into the early morning hours. They were kind enough to turn it down when asked.

-al lado de la estación termini (autobuses a todos los lugares de interés, metro y tren)aunque andando también se llega en poco tiempo a algunos
-muchos restaurantes en la zona
-supermercado próximo que abre hasta las 21h
-la calefacción no va muy bien
-no tiene wifi
-el sofá pequeño para 4 personas, y no cómodo como sofá
-quizá algo de ruido, pero no exagerado
