The apartment is at the first floor of an old building, but it is completely remodeled. The living room and the two bedrooms are equipped with parquet. The bedrooms are very large and have geat wardrobes and they are equipped withe double windows agaisnt the noices of the street. In the entrance room a wardrobe has a stock of bed linen and towels and a post for computer with free internet. The kitchen units have a gas cooker and an electric stove.In the cooking room there are the microware stove,the mixer, the toaster, the coffee machine and all the necessary for cooking and eating.There is als the washing machine.In the living room there is a flat television with the video recorder The apartment has a balcony for the necessary for the cleaning and for dryng the linen. The heating (adjustable with a thermostat) and the hot water (automatic)are produced by a gas-fired boiker placed in the balcony Every room has an air conditioner.

The apartment, in the center of Rome, is ten minutes walking faraway from Station Termini and close (200m) to the Stop PIAZZA VITTORIO of metro A for going to Piazza di Spagna, St. Peter, etc. The Coliseum and the arcaelogical area are something more ten minutes walking and you can reach easyly the splendid churchs of St. Mary Major (5 min) and St. John (15 min) In the area you can find every type of shops.supermarkets,restaurants, pizzerias,ice cream factorys and in the square of Termini Station there is a stop of all the tourist tours of the City. The district is bustling during the day , but quiet in the night and alwais safe.
